Sunday, May 16, 2021 - Wasn’t able to drink this in proper stemware; regardless, my brief impression was fairly fruit forward with pineapple notes; very good minerality; acidity was good. This seemed more lush and had less of the leaner acidic cut I like from PC chablis. Still a very good wine. I’d like to try my second bottle again in a more proper setting to see if I have the same impression as I’m guessing this may warrant a re rating.
