Sunday, May 2, 2021 - Been drinking quite a few 2011's lately, and this one may be the best of the bunch. This is showing wonderfully at a decade into it's journey, with dried flowers and cocoa on the nose which really bring a smile to your face. Dark fruit on the palate with what seems to be a note of caramel on the long finish. With plenty of tannins and structure to go the distance, I'm really glad I have a couple more in the cellar to check back in on in a few years. 3 hour decant, with day 1 = day 2.
