Monday, May 31, 2021 - Classic BTK nose and palate of graham crackers and dark fruits, with dusty tannins and some red hots on the finish. This wine is drinking extremely well right now, definitely has a few more years to go. Gave a 3 hour decant on day 1, felt like it picked up some weight on Day 2. For me Day 2 > Day 1, but trust me, it'll be difficult to wait that long!
