Wednesday, June 9, 2021 - Ink black with tinges of red. Earthy vanilla parfume. Soft juicy pillowy cabernet fruit followed by drying and lingering tannins. In it's prime. I pity our CT comrade who suffered bad bottles some years ago. Definitely for red meat dishes.
