Sunday, June 20, 2021 - A real summer crowd pleaser even at this young age.

Very crisp with tart green apples and stone fruits. As it warms there is a creamy lemon backed by some minerality and acids that round this out very nicely. Paired with a smoked salmon dip that seemed to help the bottle disappear!

I have become a fan of the Garganega grape for a nice summer wine.
