Sunday, June 27, 2021 - Still not ready to drink. Tannin was young, solid and quite spicy that could irritate the drinking experience. It needed long time of breathing or decant to improve if drink now. It had a great rich earthy and herbal aroma as typical Bolgheri Cabernet Franc with good amount of french oak influence. Intense flavour of blackcurrant, blackberry and hint of chocolate. It has a lot of potential to grow for aging 10+ years more. Not recommend to drink now.
