Sunday, June 27, 2021 - Really fresh / refreshing. Much more than you might expect. Actually pretty mouthwatering. Purple. Sweet fruit. As it warmed from cellar temperature and opened up I also got notes of anise.
Cherries. Some pepper. Nicely integrated tannins. Long. This is pretty young. I know these age well.
