Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Excellent place right now; deep garnet, lots of dried fig, sweet tobacco, candied cherries, hints of anise. Absolutely magical right now. Decanted for 45 mins at room temp. Did I mention the dried fig? Because there's a lot of it.
