Monday, July 12, 2021 - Dark red with a hint of (age) brown. Not loads tbh. On the palate - Soft. Vanilla. Soft fruits - almost the texture of stewed fruits, but not the "stewed-ness". Cherries. Vanilla. Chalky limestone minerality and cocoa (especially, but not only on the nose). Really very good length. Musky. Not heavy. Quite a soft mouthfeel. Some ripe red plum , but not over the top. Juicy with a good level of freshness. Complex.
