Monday, July 12, 2021 - Bright, very pale Himalayan salt pink. Light nose of underripe strawberry and wet stone. Light, very dry palate of watermelon rind and chalky mineral. No fizz, but the medium plus acidity makes a light refreshing rosé that’s ready for light fare and a great warm-weather sipper. Drink now.
