Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - Nose: big black cherry nose with some wet stone, herbs and plum candy notes. Palate: Seamless and perfectly integrated tannin, black fruit, glycerin, leather and just a touch of thyme. Heat pokes out a bit on the back palate. Finish: lengthy and dark.
PNP for full enjoyment now. Best bottle of this yet. Served this at our wedding and kept a case to enjoy at anniversaries. Happy anniversary to my wife!
