Friday, July 23, 2021 - Mature color and it opened up with air. The first sip is always scary with older Burgundy whites due to Prem-Ox Very good not great but in line with the vintage, vineyard and producer. Clean but mature. Still good acid and fruit framed with some barrel notes and good mouth feel.
