Tuesday, August 10, 2021 - Aging very nicely. Somewhat light in color and texture, pretty depth of flavor. A bit Burgundian in style. There's a slight sweetness that brings out the fruit, and no astringency, in contrast with what you might expect from the color. Perfect age now, it might develop further over the next few years while retaining its charm.
