Thursday, August 19, 2021 - I let it breathe for 1.5 hours before enjoying. I've enjoyed several vintages of this wine. This is one of the better for my tastes. Unusually soft and fine grained tannins for a red. Nicely balanced and seems relatively low acidity. Sour black cherry note. Mildly drying tannins.
