Saturday, January 31, 2009 - Decanted 3 hours. Still very dark blue red colour. Complex velvety layered smell, dark plums, chocolate, herbs, meats. Taste is full bodied, smooth, seductive, plums, chocolate, spices. Long delicious after taste. The rest of the meal was a total mess. Thank god for this wine!
