Tuesday, September 21, 2021 - Medium garnet. This still showed quite young. Asian spice and cherry notes with some cedar and tobacco lurking in the background. The nose followed through to a similar flavour profile on a medium-bodied high-pitched frame. A 2-hour decant would likely have improved the experience.
