Thursday, September 23, 2021 - This is ready to go! Decanted for sediment and let breathe 1 hour. Super smooth, lush, lots of dark fruit, smoke, some tar and lightly oaked. Long finish. Had with Ribeyes. Great now and should be fine for a a few more years at least, but why wait?
