Friday, October 8, 2021 - Pale to medium straw color. Pear and citrus nose. Crisp acidity early and mid-palate, but it is not as noticeable on the med-long finish which is tropical with an herbal character I can’t quite identify. (Label refers to “nettles” but I’ve never tasted them.) Very dry with some mineral character. A distinctive quality wine. Served with acorn squash curry.
