Friday, October 15, 2021 - Coravin samples. Energy and accidity playing together at top level.

Tasted at different temperatures. Obiviusly a top wine with perfect balance waiting to come together. At the moment rich, lemondriven, tons of accidity and vibrancy, mineral.
