Wednesday, October 20, 2021 - This was our first tasting of a German wine in many years. Overall we really enjoyed it paired with sweet and sour chicken. It was certainly dry and floral with a distinct acidic citrus peel background. Please take the score in the context of a comparative lack of experience with this type of Riesling, but more similar to Alsace than I was expecting.
