Saturday, October 16, 2021 - First bottle of this vintage. Delicious. Nose is big and rich of honey citrus.
Bracing at first sip it quickly becomes rich and creamy. Opens with a hit of spice followed by creamy lemon, peach, and minerals. The finish goes on and on and on.

I didn’t give this enough airtime and would suggest at least an hour decant if drinking in the next several years. I think it can easily cellar for another 5 to 10.
