Thursday, October 28, 2021 - Nicely focused and quite expressive. A mix of red fruits and fragrant baking spices on the nose that stayed open the whole time. I didn't pick up any acidic streak and the tannins are already nicely controlled The mouthfeel was especially rich and the finish was quite elegant and filled with a nice mix of red raspberry jam and creamy vanilla. Should really continue to develop beautifully over the next few years.
