Tuesday, November 2, 2021 - Wonderful wine that has aged extremely well. Essence of black peppercorns, toast, toffee, cocoa and ripe figs. Wonderful layers of cassis, black cherries, mint, figs and black peppercorns. Great balance of tannins and acidity. I wish we had more in our cellar, it at least we had a few.
