Sunday, November 7, 2021 - Opened at 3pm, decanted at 7 and drank 8 from Zalto glasses over one hour. Amber rim prominent. Was expressive on the nose but not as exuberant as previous bottles. Good depth and flavours on the palate with a long and pleasing finish. Not the WOW wine i remember, so a bit disappointing from that perspective. It was put in the shade by the Latour 90 that followed. Maybe i should not have decanted or breathed it for so long?
