Tuesday, February 10, 2009 - Pulled the cork about 12 hours prior, deep rich color, wonderful aromatics but while rich upfront, broke down a bit in the middle, distinct acidic after taste, still a good wine but not as great as I've been expecting from PB 00....Not corked but perhaps off bottle
