Sunday, November 28, 2021 - 2nd magnum we’ve had. This was in better shape than the bottle last year. Slow oxed for 2 hours and didn't let up at all over 3 hours of drinking. All the lovely flavors from prior review plus a coffee note that I found intriguing. Good depth and quality of flavor here, balanced dryness and acidity.
