Friday, October 29, 2021 - D+0h: no deposit in the filter nor in the bottle, smells of blackberry and sour cherry D+4h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of leather and in the background of smoke and blackberry, smooth in the mouth, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, medium body, in the mouth blackberry with leather and smoke in the background, in the aftertaste leather with blackberry and acidity in the background, good length (30 sec), it got smoother in comparison to last year, really good wine for a small price.
