Monday, December 27, 2021 - My first take on this Ligurien grape. A stylish medium red colour. A bit of perfume in the nose. I get a bit of rosé. It is a broad and easy food wine. Not sure if it have rested on steel or wood. Got a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, that reminds me of cheap marzipan but can be from the grape. Not something I would by again but if you are serving Ligurien food it is not a bad choice
