Saturday, December 25, 2021 - D+0h: a tiny, tiny bit of deposit in the filter, nothing in the bottle, smells of blackberry D+4h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of blackberry, plum and a little bit of eucalyptus, has a tiny bit of residual sugar, yet still in the dry range, smooth in the mouth, full body, in the mouth blackberry and plum, in the aftertaste plum, blackberry and a little bit of acidity, good length (30 sec), good red wine.
