Tuesday, December 28, 2021 - bright yellow color, on opening a dense and honeyed nose, citrus, lime cream, on the palate viscous, a fiery citrus and white cherry with an elegantly restrained delivery, unapologetically classic, caramel note on the long finish, 2 hours- a brooding and muted nose, blaring honey over citrus and pear, slate steps coated in honey, for all its botrytised intensity it manages to remain deliciously elegant, astonishingly long finish, almost too much to mentally grasp at this young stage, highest potential.
