Saturday, January 1, 2022 - Decanted 2+ hours Drinking very smooth with seamless flavors and a refined finish that went great with our grilled filets. The wine was missing a wow factor to raise it's rating above 90 in our view, and certainly not worth $90/bottle. While it's drinking window is for several more years, it is not improving. I am wondering if we missed it's optimal drinking point for our taste?
