Monday, January 3, 2022 - beautiful wine, very complex. Nose is on grapefruit, candied citrus, fresh herbs, slight petrol and a tropical twist. the palate is clean, a little fizzy, long beautifully balanced (the balance was not as beautiful when the wine got a bit warmer). some residual sugar of course, but well in the standards of the category. ready now but no hurry to drink.
