Friday, January 7, 2022 - Very refreshing minerality with underlying tastes of almond, quince and citrus. Lovely light color, medium density. Drank it with a curry fish stew, quite a ying to this yang. Listen to "I'll Drink to That" podcast by Levy Dalton, his interview with winemaker Ehren Jordan. This really helped put the wine in a historical context. Jordan worth following; buy more.
