Saturday, February 12, 2022 - Still as primary as you would expect with tart cherry, star anise, and vanilla dominating the bouquet. Also some light bretty bacon smell that is just enough to keep it interesting. I would love to come back to this in about a decade because this seems like it would develop really nice mushroom elements. I am not sure my few bottles are going to last thst long because this is delicious now.
Score: 93-94. Relative to expectations: ++
