Friday, February 25, 2022 - Splash decanted for about an hour then poured back into the bottle about an hour before serving. Wonderful nose - mocha, dark blue fruits. In the mouth, rich, elegant and delicious, with tannins perfectly in balance. Drink now or hold for another 5 years (will be hard not to drink now!)
