Sunday, March 13, 2022 - Light garnet color. Mint, eucalyptus, sweet white oak, tart plum and raspberry. Not inky or heavy on the palate. Could use more time to further evolve.

p.s. boneless leg of lamb with brocclini and roasted cauliflower
