Sunday, March 27, 2022 - Really lovely. Perhaps I was too tired to enjoy the week-day bottle previously, but I am enjoying it now.
Apricot colored. Stone fruit and honey on the nose. On the palate, apricot, wax, honey with a touch of mineral. Long finish. Nice acidity. I think this has plenty of life left .
