Sunday, May 1, 2022 - Nose dominated by dark sweet cherry, menthol, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, and lanolin. Dark chocolate and cherry on the palate. A long finish of bittersweet fruit. Tasting some pain grille as well. Firm tannins that should soften in time.
