Tuesday, April 5, 2022 - Wow! Yet again Stony Hill demonstrates its ability to age wondrously for decades. This was from magnum and did not disappoint. Medium golden color with a slowly developing nose of citrus and green apple. Plenty of acidity in a viscous palate that revealed wet stones, honey and some light middle eastern spice. Long full finish. Two more mags left and will wait another five years for the next one.
