Monday, June 27, 2022 - This was just a train wreck of a Cabernet Not corked, just terrible. Nothing but half measures that resulted in disaster. A real lesson in what not to do.
6/28/2022 2:19:00 AM - Many specific things and all of them related to trying oh so hard to be something it isn’t. Disjointed & manipulated extraction. Strikes me as classic “let’s make a specific wine that a specific customer demographic will buy” instead of making a wine that’s completely informed by the vineyard and vintage. I have no doubt plenty of people will enjoy this but to me this is pure marketing in a bottle and an easy PnP straight down the drain.
