Wednesday, August 10, 2022 - Medium golden lemon in colour with slight petulance on the glass.
Aromas are primarily floral, tropical fruit & subtle oak.
On the palate, full bodied lemon, crème brûlée, backbone of buttery oak, creamy mouthfeel, biscuit/brioche, medium acidity with a medium finish to spice & a chalky minerality.
The acidity in this wine seems to have faded since bottle #1. Drink this wine up soon.
