Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Pretty tight and defensive before decanting, a lot of barn funk and a little metallic that decreased over time with air. The high acidity with a sour cherry characteristic dominates the palate. Long finish with leather and forest floor. My guess is that this could run for at least 5-10 more years.
