Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Really stunning right out of the gate. Have had very mixed experience with these wines where some bottles have been very so-so and some have been clearly off but this was a good one. Fresh and happy and bright and when you open a really good champagne on a hot day you do find that the bottle doesn't last too long.
