Wednesday, September 7, 2022 - Gray/black label (just to avoid confusion)

Palate: Lots of grainy, soursweet, pure and juicy lemon. Very easy to like even this young. Nothing harsh. At this developement stage I prefer the 2020 tasted 1 month ago. Has almost the same elegant character as the 2020. What I miss at this stage to be even better is a bit more than just the lemon, but that is itself already delicious. Will have to see how far this will go with age and how the lemon will transform.
