Sunday, September 11, 2022 - Continues to be very tight at open. After a double decant starts to open up after an hour and continued to open up until it was gone 2 hours in. It did not last because it became a great companion to a roast chicken meal, lovely fruit, nice nose, savory palate, flower notes and some earth. This has years left, as others have said give it a lot of air and it is excellent now.
