Community Tasting Note

Friday, September 9, 2022 - Consumed over four nights over a span of a week. I could only find my written notes for the first night from Coravin. It did develop nicely with time and air (first two nights Coravin, second two with the cork out).

Night 1: Quick medicinal note goes away quickly, smoke, meat, violet, baked earth, very subtle acid, tension, finish is a bit clipped. Very Good++ / Excellent.
