Tuesday, September 13, 2022 - Audouze for 2 hours. Immediately expressive with sourdough, lemon curd. Palate is singing with bright citrus, white flowers, brioche and sourdough. Such depth of flavor with a backbone of acidity. The finish goes on and on and on. Top 5 Champers for sure. My earlier note said 95 pt potential, but that was proven conservative.
