Friday, September 16, 2022 - Pop and pour. Tough week. Aromas of boysenberry, fig, black cherry and blackberry. Bit shy to be honest. Flavors of boysenberry, black cherry, coffee, chocolate and kirsch liquor. Ends with a 30-35 second finish with iron and black cherry notes. Got a bit of heat but nothing crazy. Still a bit tight but still tasty.
