Wednesday, September 21, 2022 - Powerful nose of spicy blue and black fruits with cedar, minerals and clove. Palate reflects the nose. Firm structure and austere even an hour in the glass. Finish is similarly tight and somewhat bitter. Need more time for the tannins to resolve and for the wine to harmonise it’s element.
