Monday, September 26, 2022 - This wine seems to need a lot of air. Which makes me also think that it can (and perhaps should) cellar longer than these drinking dates suggest. I'm going to keep some longer and see what happens, but if drinking now, a decant one or two hours before drinking is very well served.
